RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Conducting surveys and inspections on listed and historic buildings (including RICS level 3 surveys).
• Architectural and design services including preparation of drawings, schedules of work and specifications. 
• Leading and managing multi-disciplinary projects on a wide range of listed and historic buildings.
• Carrying out contract management and contract administration. 
• Preparing applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent.
• Report writing.

EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Relevant qualification and/or experience of listed and historic buildings. 
• Project management.
• Experience of designing, detailing and knowledge of relevant Building Regulations.
• Professional, organised and thorough approach to work with attention to detail.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills and teamworking.
